How do I know if my order has been paid for succesfully?

How do I know when my order will arrive?

Depending on the type of delivery you have chosen - Extended Delivery 7-15 working days (Free) - Standard Delivery 3-5 working days (3.50GDP) - Next Day Delivery (7.00GDP) You will also recieve a text 24hours before your delivery has arrived and after to confirm you have obtained your order. You can also track your order by sending us a message on our contact page.

What if my order does not fit me?

You will have to fill out the exchange/refund page that comes with your parcel; once this is done you can send back the parcel at your local post office. We will then send you an email to confirm we have recieved the products and send out a new one immediately (if for exchange).
